This charming home is located on the west end of downtown, two blocks off Commercial Street and a half-mile stroll from the Provincetown Marina, the Pilgrim Monument, and the historic center. Walk a few blocks to swim in the bay at the town beaches, or ride your bike to Herring Cove (less than two miles) and Race Point Beaches (less than four miles) on the ocean side. Cape Cod National Seashore is within a scenic, 10-mile drive as well. Begin each morning outside on the brick patio, where you can sip coffee, read the newspaper, and set the table for an alfresco breakfast. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
