CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: This one-bedroom apartment occupies the entire ground floor of this beautifully restored Grade two listed Georgian terraced house. Huge twin windows allow plenty of light into the kitchen and spacious living room. The apartment has been lovingly refurbished by an interior designer, and the attention to detail is apparent throughout, with stylish furniture and contemporary touches providing a lovely temporary home for guests.
The stylish bedroom is fitted with a flat-screen Smart TV and blackout blinds. The sleeping area and En suite are situated to the rear of the apartment to provide quiet away from the road. The kitchen is well equipped, suitable for cooking substantial meals and stocked at the start of your stay with your basic essentials such as sugar, tea, coffee & granola. The bathroom is an en-suite with shower and towels and premium soaps/shampoos are provided. The apartment also has private use of a second bathroom and shower, though it is accessed via the communal corridor and up a short flight or stairs. The apartment has a dining table that can be used as a working area and complementary WiFi is included throughout the building.
We have 4 other similar apartments within the building, so if this unit is not available or if you may prefer a different apartment, let us know! Please note the building is located on a main road so there is some street noise from this.
Guests will have access to the front door, hallways, stairs and the apartment.
The apartment is located two minutes from Angel Underground station, granting you access to the entire London underground network. There are various bus stops nearby should you need to travel in or out of the city.
There is an additional shower room up on the landing which offers plenty of storage. The combination washer & dryer is located on the landing (separate to flat but sole private use).
Unfortunately the parking space out the front is not available for guest use - please do not park you cars here!
The apartment is located on a main road so street noise is inevitable.
