Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - NO EARLY CHECK IN, if arriving in the morning, we recommend to book the night before your arrival.
  • - NO LATE CHECK OUT, if your flight is at night, we recommend to book an extra night.
  • - Guests must do their dishes before check out.
  • - The account owner has to be the one staying, please don't make reservations on behalf of someone else.
  • - It is forbidden to bring an outside cleaning service. We can provide Cleaning service during your reservation for an extra cost.
  • - Please fill the Pre-Arrival form you will get in my first Communications Email with your information as well your Passport Photo.
  • - If the listing provides common amenities like Gym or rooftop pool, this will be need to be booked 24h prior the day of use.
  • - Visits are not allowed unless is approved first by the Host.
