The Home
This is a newly built villa (completed in 2016), made of stone and wood, situated in a plot of 2 acres, in Asteri village, in Municipality of Rethymno.
It can host up to 9 people. It has 4 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds and the forth bedroom has 2 single beds as well as a loft, where a third person can be accommodated. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, one of which has a bath and the rest have showers. There is also a WC for common use.
The property has a spacious playroom, where numerous activities can take place. In that area the guests can relax while watching a movie, or while enjoying their favorite music, or playing board games. This room is ideal for kids to play and enjoy themselves.

The Neighborhood
The Villa is located in Asteri, a wonderful, traditional village situated 12 km from Rethymno City and only 1 km from the National Road. Although it has grown larger over the past decade, Asteri keeps its traditional character. Take advantage of your stay in Asteri to get to know the local way of life and delve into the famous Cretan hospitality. The village has a mini-market, a tavern, a cafe as well as one of the greatest folklore museums in the country. The beach of Stavromenos and Sfakaki, part of the 13 kilometer-long Rethymno seafront, is just 5 km away.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
