A vacation in this one-level, 3 bedroom, single-family home with a private pool will be simply perfect.
The kitchen has modern amenities and all of the standard kitchen equipment one may need to host their family. Due to the airy and spacious open floor plan of the main room, the cook of the family is sure not to be left out of the fun. The entrance to the large screened-in porch overlooking the private pool is just off the living room as are the doors to the deck complete with a picnic table.
To the left of the living room is a guest room offering a king bed. The hallway to the right of the living area offers the primary guest suite with a King bed and private bath. The adjacent guest room offers two twin beds with easy access to the shared hall bathroom....

The Neighborhood
This home is located within the private community of Spinnaker’s Reach in Emerald Isle. The lively and very family friendly vibe is apparent as soon as you pass through the entrance- bright colored homes are sprinkled down the tree lined streets. The farthest distance from any home to the beach access is a maximum 0.8 miles. This translates into easy access to the community’s beach access and pool house from any property. The community offers golf cart parking at the community beach access as well as a pool house complete with covered picnic tables and restrooms. The beaches along this portion of Emerald Isle can be easily walked, has the perfect place to park a chair and umbrella for the day, or even plenty of open surf to cast a line. Surf fishing is also a favorite pastime during the Fall months. Emerald Isle as a whole is very bicycle friendly- there is a bike path that connects Spinnaker’s Reach to all of Emerald Isle! It is a separate path and safe for riders of all ages. The nearest restaurants and nightlife are just over a mile away while the grocery stores are about 1.5 down the bike path as well. The center of town is just about 2.5 miles… and is still connected by the bike path.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Must be 16 to drive Golf Cart
- House parties not allowed - quiet time is 10p-8a
- If any damages occur please let the management company know as soon as possible- cost may be taken from the damage deposit
