- Due to the wood floors, please remove your shoes upon entering the home
- The home is stocked with high-quality soaps and cleaning products, with a focus on avoiding synthetic fragrances. No plug-ins, scented sticks, or heavily perfumed items are used —just a clean, comfortable environment with fragrance-free options
- The property requires stairs to enter and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
- Pets are welcome, but they should not be allowed on the furniture whenever possible. Dogs must not be left unattended in the rental. Only 1 large crate is available for use; please bring an additional crate if needed
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the mailbox by the front door, facing outward toward the porch. Camera 2 faces towards the garage. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- This property includes an indoor/outdoor smart device used to measure excessive noise in the home called NoiseAware System. It does not have a camera, but it does measure volume levels throughout the home while guests are present. NoiseAware devices measure decibel levels without recording conversations or sounds, ensuring guest privacy
