Back at your stay, established in 2023, the living quarters are spacious, bright, and utterly charming. Coming together in perfect unison, the living room, dining room, and kitchen create an idyllic space to relax, hang out, and visit with those you love. Find yourself lounging on the soft seating in the living room, tuned into a movie on the large TV, while the chef of your family utilizes the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Each of the five bedrooms is well-decorated with a subtle nod towards a nautical theme and offers plenty of sprawling space. Rest assured that no matter the temperature outside, everyone inside will be kept cool by the home’s central air-conditioning. For easy access to the different floors of the home, an elevator is available for your use. And don’t forget to utilize the private washer/dryer when your swimsuits need a refresh. When booking from Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a week minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. All other times require a three-night minimum stay. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
