This villa offers a one-story layout with ample living space and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and glass sliding doors access to the deck and screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area, offers stainless steel appliances, and provides enough counter space to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area offers ample seating for your whole party. The primary bedroom features scenic views, a king-sized bed, a television, and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. The secondary bedroom is perfect for kids as it includes 2 twin-sized beds, a television, and a secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination that is also accessible from the hall. Sip your morning coffee while overlooking the peaceful, scenic views from the comfort of the screened porch or the main deck. The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Cats are not permitted.
