On the grounds of the complex, enjoy access to a swimming pool and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles at the end of each day.
This two-bedroom condo is a wonderful home base for winter sports enthusiasts, as you can walk your skis across Ski Trail Lane then ski less than half a mile to reach the base. You can also walk to a number of restaurants and apres-ski spots around the base area, the Yampa River Core Trail, other hiking trails, and the renowned Strings Music Festival, among other activities and events.
The condo’s modern interior has been beautifully decorated in soft neutrals. The main living space includes a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for three, and a sunken living and dining area.
