Beautiful, bright, spacious 45m2 - 2 room flat opposite the Arsenal, right next to the Sonnwendviertel, the Ankerbrotfabrik and the CEU. The tram D takes you to the main station in 10 minutes, or to the Ring in the 1st district in 15 minutes.
You will want for nothing!
The kitchen is fully equipped; the couch in the living room can be pulled out, so two people can stay here in addition to the bedroom. A small desk in the bedroom also allows for a home office.

Right next door is the family-friendly outdoor swimming pool "Familienbad Gudrunstraße".

The flat is easily accessible by public transport. The tram lines D, 6 and 11 take you quickly to the main railway station as well as to the city centre.
Wine lovers can take the tram line D directly to the Viennese vineyards (Döbling) and taste the good Viennese wines there.
Parking spaces are usually available in the vicinity. ATTENTION: During the week (Mon-Fri) a short-stay parking zone applies here from 09.00-19.00
