Welcome to this lovely penthouse in Torremolinos which is quietly located near the El Pinillo train station (10min walk) and close to everything you could wish for on holiday, the beach is a nice walk away at 18 min as is Puerto Marina in Benalmadena. There are grocery stores and lovely restaurants just around the corner from the apartment. Torremolinos is a city bursting with life all year round and known for its incredible charm and night life, however, the apartment is on the border of Benalmadena which opens up even more opportunities for new memories, Parque la Paloma is a beautiful park full of different types of plants, palms and cacti and animals such as free range chickens, peacocks and goats. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
