Welcome to our wonderful apartment in Riviera Del Sol with wonderful views from the terrace and just a stone’s throw from the beach as well as the Riviera Plaza. Riviera Del Sol is a quiet area just between Fuengirola and Marbella with good connections to the A7, where you travel by bus or car to both cities in 15 minutes. Near the apartment there are a number of popular restaurants, grocery stores, beach clubs, paddle courts and golf courses. This lovely apartment consists of 2 floors where the first floor consists of a newly renovated and open kitchen and living room with sea view, upstairs, you will find both bedrooms a bathroom as well as the roof terrace with lounge group and dining table for the beautiful summer evenings.There is A / C in each room and the apartment is in very good condition and is fully equipped with amenities such as WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Parking is free on the street outside. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
