It is part of the "Borgo Antico" apartment complex with shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The apartment has got a nice living room with a new kitchenette with stove, baking oven, microwave oven, fridge, big sofa, Tv-Sat, toaster and kettle. The bright living room has got a covered terrace to enjoy open air meals and a pretty garden to lay in the sun. Spacious bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. Second bedroom with a bunkbed and air conditioning. Bathroom with showerbox, washing machine and window. Reserved parking place aside the apartment. Small pets allowed. Non smoking apartment.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
