Villa Blanche is a scenic rustic villa located in the quiet and calm Colares.
Accommodating 8+2, this lovely holiday home combines across its 3 floors modern features, culminating in a pleasant bucolic setting.
With 4 bedrooms, 1 playroom for children with 2 mattresses on the floor, a fully equipped kitchen, and open plan living and dining area, this cosy property is set to provide a wonderful family vacation.
The exterior provides further enjoyment with a private heated swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with a table for 12 persons, a barbecue and a large garden with mature trees offering not only privacy, but also space for children to play.
The beach stands at 2 km away and a wide range of restaurants can also be found nearby. Also at a short driving distance is the marvelous Sintra, one of the most iconic places to be seen in Portugal.
For a different scenery, Cascais and Estoril offer a more cosmopolitan atmosphere and one of the biggest casinos to be found in Europe.

The villa is situated 11.5 km from Sintra, and 21.5 km from the cosmopolitan Cascais, with its marina, entertainment, shopping, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, delightful terraces by the sea, not to mention the buzz of a very active nightlife. Estoril, that has the biggest casino in Europe, is only 25 km away. Lisbon, the capital with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, monuments, restaurants and Fado, is only 40 min. away. Guincho, with its surrounding natural park, is highly recommended for beach & sports holidays. But along the coast the choice of other beaches is endless. Guincho is famous for water sports activities, white sandy family beaches, all within a 20 min drive.
For golfers, there are 6 golf courses, 20 minutes away:
1) Quinta da Marinha
Set amongst beautiful pine trees and stretching down to Guincho beach, it has some of the most majestic sceneries in Portugal. Its hole number 13, a Par 4 descending to the sea, is a picture postcard of Portuguese golf.
2) Oitavos
It’s the 1st Golf Course in Europe and the 2nd in the World to become a Certified Signature Sanctuary - Gold.
3) Penha Longa
Enjoys championship characteristics, an excellent level of maintenance and beautiful panoramic views over the Sintra mountain range.
4) Estoril
One of the oldest and best-known golf courses in Portugal. Many champions - including Max Faulkner and Seve Ballesteros - have walked the fairways of this course.
5) Quinta da Beloura
Fine views over the Sintra mountain range and a course surrounded by trees provide a very pleasurable game of golf.
6) Belas
Designed by Rocky Roquemore. Its eighteen holes extend over 6,128 metres for a Par 72.
