The Home
Villa 1 consists of 3 floors and each floor is connected internally with a staircase, with an area of 90 m2. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double king size bed, a bathroom and a 50’’ TV.
On the first floor we have a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen with built-in minibar, a second bathroom, 40’’ TV.
On the second floor (attic) we have a second bedroom with twin beds and a 40’’ TV.
Villa 2 consists of 2 levels· on the ground floor there is a spacious living room.
In the living room the sofa becomes comfortable and serves as a double bed with a fully equipped kitchen meeting all needs and there is also a bathroom and a 40’’ TV.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with a double king size bed and two singles, with 50’’ TVs, a balcony in each room, and a second larger bathroom.

Katergo Luxury Villas is highly advantageous regarding its location on the bicycle path that connects Stoupa with Agios Nikolaos. It is a very beautiful route, literally on the sea that is worth crossing by bike or walking, gazing at the wave and the wonderful sunset, while offering you peace and tranquility.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
