Alfani apartment is located inside the prestigious Palazzo Giugni Fraschetti dating back to the 1500s, it is an Elegant apartment on the first floor.
It welcomes you in the bright living room equipped with a pull-out sofa bed for two people.
From here, two steps lead to the corridor which leads to a bedroom with double bed and large habitable terrace, a bathroom with shower cubicle, a second bathroom with bathtub and another large bedroom with double bed. The kitchen area is new and perfectly equipped, from here you can also access the large terrace.
Alfani Deluxe is centrally located (in a Limited Traffic Zone, ZTL), perfect to walk to all the main Florentine attractions, such as the beautiful Basilica of Santa Croce and the Market of Sant’Ambrogio (about 10 minutes), the majestic Duomo (6 minutes), and much more!
Inside the building there is also a covered garage where you can park one car. The maximum dimensions per car are 4 meters x 2.10 meters. It is not possible to park gas-powered vehicles. If your car exceeds the permitted dimensions we offer you the possibility of parking it for free at a partner garage
