The Hamptonian will be your home away from home at the beach. Enjoy a single family home in a quiet neighborhood at Kure Beach. Watch the sunrise on a large wrap around deck, then take a short stroll to the private community beach access for fun in the sun. The Hamptonian is a big roomy 3 level home for your entire group to have their own space, just like home.
All the conveniences of home are available in the large kitchen with all the tools to make a great meal, a living space with plenty of seating and a large screen TV, a back deck off the kitchen with seating and a large grill and plenty of parking for everyone’s vehicle. The kids will enjoy the extra space on the 1st floor where they can play games and watch TV. Also, you can bring the family dog. They will love the home and the beach fun!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
