The Summer View Two-bedroom condo is a tastefully furnished and decorated beachfront vacation rental that maximizes your comfort and sleeping capacity. The half-circular balcony, the living room, and the master bedroom offer you spectacular resort pool and ocean views. The balcony is completed with a BBQ-grill, a 4-seat dining table and 2 chairs with pull out futons.
The open plan living room has a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a Tempur-Pedic queen-size mattress), a large TV, and 2 armchairs. The dining area has a 6-seat dining table set, containing 4 chairs and a bench for 2. The full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 3-bar stools. There are also laundry facilities, with washer/dryer, in the corridor that lends access to both bedrooms and bathrooms.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
