Dim Art Traditional Villa is located in a village flooded with colors and art in Margarites, Rethymno. This is a traditional two-storey house, 300 m², with swimming pool, able to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. Built just 200 m from the center of Margarites village, one of the most beautiful villages in the province of Rethymnon.
- The space
The house consists of two floors, beautifully decorated, with traditional touches and discreet luxury. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 X 2 m, with wardrobe, air conditioning and terrace with direct access to the pool. A second bedroom has been designed as a children’s room with suitable furniture for our little friends. The ground floor also has an open plan living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a 42-inch smart TV and a large dining room for 12 people so you can enjoy your meals with family or friends. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
