Holiday House Meri is rented entirely as a spacious house of 120m2. The house is equipped with three bedrooms, of which two rooms have double beds and one room has a single bed and a working desk. A large master bathroom with a washing machine, a small toilet for guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room and a living room will meet the needs of guests for a complete and carefree vacation. At disposal there is a baby cot and high chair for children. The house is air conditioned and well equipped. Outside is a swimming pool and a covered terrace to enjoy eating and socializing. Within the yard is a large parking lot for cars and bicycles, and a space for children to play (trampoline, slide, etc.).This beautiful holiday home is ideal for a quiet and intimate holiday in a natural environment. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
