We are excited to share this newly updated Phoenix V 1509 with you!
This beautiful penthouse condo is located on the 15th floor, making for some of the best views in the building! The unit is decorated in lovely shades of blue, ivory, pale grey, and white-washed wood. The condo is very comfortable and will sleep up to 8 people.
In the guest room, there is a full, private bath that has a large walk-in shower. There are two double beds with a custom bunk above those beds, which allows 6 to sleep comfortably. There is a king bed in the master, which also has its own personal bathroom and features a tub/shower combo.
The Gulf front balcony has stunning views and access from the living area and master bedroom. The beachfront balcony is a great and enjoyable place to drink coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise and hopefully catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing. You also have great views to...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
