Nice recently renovated apartment located in the heart of the city, in Plaza de España -next to Gran Vía- and super close to Malasaña and Palacio neighborhoods. Fully equipped, the house consists of 2 bedrooms -both with a double beds-, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room and an open-plan kitchen. Too quiet. Next to all the "castizo" points of great interest (tourism and leisure). Leaving it, you will run into all the social bustle of the capital. Upon entering, peace and relaxation guaranteed.
The apartment is prepared and equipped with everything you need so that you can enjoy each of its corners. It is delivered with the necessary bed linen and towels for guests. In the bathroom, following the customs of the best hotels, you will find hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
