An unusual and thoroughly attractive property, La Casa di Franca is a hillside villa with a garden on multiple levels. The pool and house have great views of the surrounding fields and distant mountains. The lawns and patios provide plenty of sun and shade, and the terrace beside the first floor entrance is a perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal against a backdrop of a Tuscan Eden.
The interior is very striking. The kitchen-diner has a welcoming atmosphere, and two of the bedrooms occupy their own floor. The designs are modern, but subtle and elegant, all the while keeping the rustic countryside atmosphere intact. If guests wish to venture outwards, the town of Montevarchi is great for shopping, and if you head in the other direction, you’ll have easy access to the gorgeous towns of the Chianti regions, world famous for its food and wine.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
