A really pretty villa built of light Tuscan stone, Casa di Pesa is set in expansive mature gardens and is the perfect bolthole for four people who want to take a break together, but appreciate their own space. Just a few kilometres from the popular town of Radda, this is an ideal base from which to explore Chianti wine country. Other lively market towns such as Gaiole and Lecchi are also within easy reach, and even the art-rich city of Florence is near enough for a grown-up day trip.
And once you’ve had your fill of exploring, you have your own well-equipped apartment to relax in. Both are bright and comfortably furnished, yet cosy, with modern kitchens. Outside, there are two terraces offering some private space, as well as a furnished pergola, for dining outdoors. And the delightful sunken pool area is one of the best places to sit back and admire the views of the undulating hills and mountains beyond.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
