Sant’Alberto is a wonderful Tuscan villa located along the Via Francigena in the Unesco heritage area of the Val d’Orcia. The villa is ideal for family or friend groups as it’s divided into interconnecting apartments and has several different furnished outdoor spaces. The large pool is to one side of the property in a flat garden overlooking the Val d’Orcia hills which comes to life in the spring with the wheat fields. Near the pool is the outdoor dining area which is covered by a wooden pergola. To the front are two covered terraces, each furnished with a table and chairs.
The villa has been carefully restored into a beautiful property while maintaining many of its traditional Tuscan characteristics such as the original terracotta floor and ceilings of wooden beams and terracotta tiles. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
