Plenty of parking as you drive down the long driveway to this spacious, open and inviting Sea Pines ocean-oriented home!
As you enter the homes foyer, the vaulted ceilings and sky lights allow for plenty of light and warmth! To the immediate right is the master suite/bath which has 2 walls of windows, again, that allow for plenty of sunshine but have darkening shades for a great night’s sleep after your days of fun in the sun!
To the left of the foyer is another guest room with one queen bed and one twin over twin bunk bed and TV.
As you make your way into the home, are 2 living areas that have plenty of seating to relax and unwind. Off of these living areas are one of two screened in porches, again, with plenty of casual furniture that overlook the pool and golf course. Perfect escape for an afternoon of reading and downtime. There is also a half bath off of the living areas.
18 Woodbine offers two large dining areas featuring a rectangle table that seats 8 and another round dining table that seats an additional 6 guests. This is connected to a professional grade kitchen including all new stainless steel appliances, 4 bar stools at the island and an awesome gas range. There is access from this room to the spacious garage which has an extra refrigerator. Also located off the kitchen is one of two screened porches that offers a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10 and leads out to the back deck!
As you head up the stairwell to the 2nd floor, at the top there is a balcony-like hallway that you can see the downstairs living area.
To the left you have a private guest room with a queen bed. new carpeting, TV and private bathroom with shower.
To the right you will find two more guest rooms each with their own private bathroom. One room features two full beds and the other offers a king bed. Both rooms have SMART TV’s and new carpeting.
The most beautiful view is from the back of the house out to the pool and the lush 13th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Course that is nothing short of breath-taking! It is the most picturesque and stunning view that you will end up spending most of your time on the screened in porches, decks and pool!
