Villa Alessandra is a stone villa with a beautiful, spacious garden and large private pool and a tennis court, on the edge of Cavriglia and is within easy reach of Siena and Arezzo. Its four bedrooms have good space for cots, so this villa is particularly suitable for large family groups. The generously-sized lounge-diner, with brick-trimmed archways, provides space for your group to spread out or gather together as you prefer, with the fireplace making a particularly snug spot for socialising on cooler evenings. Plus, the whole property is decked out in the traditional Tuscan style, with terracotta herringbone tiles on the floors and the dark wooden beams on the ceilings creating a cosy finish.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
