The Space: BEDROOMS - An effortless mix of modern and French, the bedrooms of this home are vibrant yet cosy. - There are a total of 3 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor.  - With charming and comfortable furnishings, the bedrooms are decked with a myriad of amenities such as a comfortable king-size bed, TV, Wi-Fi, AC, and an extra mattress, if needed. - Surrounded by tranquillity, the bedrooms of this home offer big, beautiful french windows that overlook a soothing and serene view of the lake. - Lose yourself as you experience luxury at its hilt when you bathe in the relaxing bathtubs offered in two of the ensuite bathrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached and 2 common bathrooms at this property.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - The 2 bathrooms on the ground floor bedrooms offer a bathtub. COMMON AREAS - Exuding a luxurious French-Victorian charisma, each corner of this blissful home oozes with quintessential elegance. - As you enter this home, it almost feels like driving into a movie set with a well-tended lawn that has a fountain whirring in its centre. - When you push the brakes by the stylish wooden facade, you will see that the entryway is no less than the entrance to a museum.  - Walk into the living room complete with contemporary furnishings and a 10-seater dining area that is perfect for an entertaining evening with your loved ones. - The first floor of the home offers another living and dining area that can seat up to 6 people. - Both these living rooms are equipped with a music system and Wi-Fi. - You can’t help but notice the striking French windows the house is surrounded by. But there’s something even more luxurious waiting for you beyond these windows. - There is a huge courtyard with exuberant seating spaces and a private swimming pool that is truly oasis-like. - This pool is 30x12 ft. in size that is shallow at the start and deepens to a maximum of 4.2 ft. by the end.  - There is an open garden with a sit-out space suitable for small events that accommodate up to 50 guests.                          KITCHEN - Guests may use the pantry on the ground and first floor for reheating purposes only. - The kitchens are equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, induction plate, and a mixer-grinder.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present till 10PM to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests may take a peaceful walk, light up a cosy bonfire or relish a delicious & hearty barbeque in the spacious green lawn. There is a seating space set under the canopy of lush trees and gazebos where guests can sip on to their favourite beverages or enjoy an al-fresco meal by the pool. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.  - Bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The road leading up to the villa is difficult during the monsoon only. SUVs/vehicles with high ground clearance suggested. - Guests do not have access to the mango farm from April to June as these are crucial months for the crops. However, access to rest of the lawn area will remain unrestricted. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - There is no power-backup at the property. However, power-cuts are rare. - Mobile networks like Jio and Vi work fairly well here. - Outside food is not allowed at the property. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Given that the villa is surrounded by nature, insects/bugs are prone to be there during monsoon. Guests are requested to keep windows shut at night. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. HOUSE RULES - Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.  - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
