To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bar, barbecue meals, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 5 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - AC, king-sized beds, attached patios with stunning mountain views and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. BATHROOMS - There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - 5 attached and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the attached bathrooms.  - 2 attached bathrooms offer a bathtub. INDOOR AREAS - There is an expansive living room with glass windows allowing ample natural light.  - It can comfortably seat up to 20 people and is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi and a portable speaker. - The dining area is a part of the living room, and can comfortably seat up to 10 people. - There is a bar unit that the guests can access at no additional cost.  - Guests can enjoy their favourite movies and TV shows in the theatre room in the basement. It has cosy seating arrangements. - Please note that guests can use the home theatre room for a duration of 3 hours per day, till 10 PM. OUTDOOR AREAS - The villa has 2 beautiful lush lawns with an attached gazebo, each ideal for at least 100 people. - Next to the lawn, is a massive private infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley, 50x25ft. in size and 5.5ft. in depth. - The pool deck has ample seating arrangements and pool loungers for the guests.  - There is an amphitheatre on the ground floor. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - A water purifier, crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - All veg meals are included in the cost of the stay.  - Ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES This sprawling property is ideal for group getaways. Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the infinity pool, or simply relax on the pool deck. There are several board games available for indoor fun. The lawn and promenade area offers plenty of space to play and indulge in outdoor activities. The indoor theatre setup is ideal for movie marathons and afternoon lounging. The best part? An appetizing spread of home-cooked meals are on-the-house, so you don’t have to worry about being catered to during your stay. Sit back, relax and enjoy an extended stay with your loved ones amidst picture-perfect views.  ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can avail of the barbecue meals at an additional cost of Rs.850 per person with a minimum of 6 people for up to 2 hours. - A bonfire setup can also be arranged at an extra cost of Rs.5000 for up to 2 hours. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are a total of 6 rooms at the property, however, guests have access to 5 rooms only. - The equipment in the theatre room will be operated by the staff only. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.  - In case of a power outage, power backup is available.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.  - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. - Please note that guests can use the home theatre room for a duration of 3 hours per day, till 10 PM. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. HOUSE RULES - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum. - Alcohol consumption is allowed only outdoors. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.  - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.  - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.  - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.  - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.  We look forward to hosting you soon.
