Surrounded by greenery and close to the beach, Hamptons Charm is a stylishly elegant villa in Alibaug. The furnishing is a superb balance of traditional and contemporary comfort. Most rooms surround the pool and even open up to it, including the pavilion. Two can play table tennis by the pool, or simply lounge around it. This villa is an ideal place for you to relax and spend quality time with friends and family, head here for a charming time! To that effect, we provide - AC, TV, WiFi - Portable music system, bar, indoor games - Bathtub, wardrobe - Electric kettle, iron, torch - Washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for 4-5 cars This is a pet-friendly and wheelchair-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS: - There are 5 bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor, 1 in a separate house. - All rooms offer garden views, AC, WiFi, king-sized bed and attached bathroom. BATHROOMS: - There are 5 attached bathrooms. - Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. - There is a bathtub in one of the ground floor bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - Both living rooms are on the ground floor and offer WiFI, AC, music system and seating for 12-15 people each. One of them has a TV. - The dining room is part of the living room, and has AC, TV, with seating for 10 people. - There are 2 lawns, 1 balcony, 1 pool deck, lounge and bar counter. - The pool is 130 x 65 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. - The heated pool can be used at an additional cost of Rs.8500 per day. - Guests are requested to inform us about availing of this service 24 hours prior to their arrival. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - Guests can also choose to bring their own cook to prepare meals, in which case, it is recommended to maintain utmost cleanliness of the kitchen. Please note that the kitchen must be left in the same condition as it was during the time of check-in. In case it is left messy/dirty, a rental charge of the next day will be levied. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, mixer, grinder, crockery and cutlery. - Barbecue grill can be used at Rs. 1000 per use. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day. - All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. - For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date. This is subject to availability. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - Guests can also order in from nearby restaurants like Magazine kitchen, Flamboyante, Broadwalk, Paisley kitchen. - Cooking and consumption of non-veg food is allowed. - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules. - Please note that the meal prices will be exclusive of tax charges. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. GUEST ACCESS - The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accomodation for 4 staff members in 2 different rooms at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, excluding meals and taxes. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, lounge by the pool or lawn, fire up a barbecue or play indoor games like chess and cards. Guests can enjoy a read or step out for a peaceful walk to the beach. HOME TRUTHS - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for 10-12 hours. Diesel charges for the generator will need to be paid by the guests at the property. - There are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas (swimming pool, main gate, villa entrance) for security purposes. - The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season. - Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. HOUSE RULES - Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM. - Smoking and drinking is allowed outdoors only. - Please wear proper swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. - Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool. - Stags are not allowed at the property. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
