The custom home is located in the Cloisters, a prestigious Central Coast development overlooking 80 acres of open preserve.
San Castle on the Beach is a 2954 sq. ft. custom home just steps to the sand. The home boasts three large bedrooms and 3.5 baths to accommodate your expected and unexpected guests.
The great room is the heart of the home, offering comfy lounging furniture, a large screen TV and a rustic cobblestone fireplace, ideal space to cozy up for a movie or posture for a competitive game of Scrabble.
The large gourmet kitchen is equipped with chef grade stainless steel appliances to include double ovens, an industrial size refrigerator, a gas stovetop, a microwave, a trash compactor and a dishwasher. The granite island and countertops offer plenty of extra space to prepare meals and seat guests. Extensive kitchen cabinet space provides plenty of food storage for those of you that enjoy cooking. The kitchen area can comfortably host a party of 10 guests. If you prefer, we can recommend chefs in the area that will cook for you!
The master suite highlights an inviting king size bed, a spacious walk-in closet and a bubbling jacuzzi.
Two additional bedrooms and coordinating bathrooms add to this vacation home’s appeal. Unwind after a walk to Morro Rock in Sand Castle On the Beach’s large fenced in backyard.
Outdoor dining for six guests and a nearby wood burning fire pit will keep you warm on cool evenings. A backyard bbq enables cooking outdoors, while taking in the salty, ocean breeze.
A large two-car garage with additional bonus space for storing bikes and beach gear add to this beach home’s value.
The home has a ranch-style layout (one level) making it accessible for guests with limited mobility. The listing is for two full time occupants. The home will accommodate up to 10 visiting guests for weekend gatherings with family and friends.
Day excursions to Hearst Castle or Big Sur are very doable, and will expose you to some of California’s most stunning cliffs and secret beaches. Or, you may want to just grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella and walk down to the beach and build your own sand castle.
The owner will consider one dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. There is a $225 non-refundable pet fee.
The home owner requires a move-out cleaning and a mid-month cleaning. The mid-month cleaning is listed under Linen Fee.
