This mountain cozy townhome offers exceptional sleeping capacity (sleeps 9-10), a gas fireplace with a full kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the other with a king bed, plus a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds, which accesses the full bathroom in the hallway. Additional features include an open loft with sleeper sofa, washer/dryer and one outdoor parking space.

Tennis court views from the deck (with BBQ), complimentary shuttle service to Beaver Creek Village and Centennial Express Lift, and the ability to walk to the ski way to the Mountain Express Lift. Access to a year-round hot tub as well as summertime tennis courts, pickleball and an outdoor swimming pool are also available. Please note, this home does not have air conditioning.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Reservations include a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. Report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional or negligent damage.
