The Home
The house apart from being very nice, with a great location on the fairway of the Club Avándaro golf course is quite spacious and on one level. It has large outdoor living rooms with barbecue, dining room (indoor and outdoor), indoor living room, TV room and 4 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It also has a good fully functional pool and a good space for sunbathing. There is room for 4 cars. Great place to spend a good time with friends or family.
The Space
The house is very well equipped, with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. Being in the Fraccionamiento del Club de Golf, you will be in a very quiet area, with 24 hour security and with a lot of independence between the social areas.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
