<p>Villa Venecia sits in a prime location, just a stone’s throw away from the very heart of Callao Salvaje. This newer resort is a quieter alternative to the nearby Costa Adeje, but no less worthy, situated in the very south of Tenerife, this is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday due to the warm climate throughout the year. A trip to the black sand Ajabo beach is just a short 15-minute walk away, lined with traditional straw parasols and protected by a rocky cliffside. The main street features an array of cuisines, including tasty traditional paellas, seafood platters, mouth-watering pasta and authentic tandoori dishes. </p> <p>What caught our eye at Villa Venecia? It has to be the covered terrace with classic columns! This spacious outdoor terrace boasts cosy comfortable seating, alfresco dining and distant sea views. This is the ideal spot for escaping the sunshine, a book in hand and a glass of cool white wine close by, is there a better way to spend your afternoon? A few steps take you to the poolside, where you’ll notice plenty of sun loungers and a refreshing pool to use at your convenience.</p> <p>Step through the patio doors and you’ll enter Villa Venecia through the living room. Classic in style you’ll notice replica roman columns and a beautiful coved ceiling above. This room is modern in style, with a trendy dining table and a large flat-screen TV offering multiple channels for your entertainment. A cream kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There are four bedrooms in total, three with king-size beds and one twin room. All bedrooms have a private ensuite bathroom and come with a fan to keep you cool on those warm nights.</p> <p>This villa also comes with a complimentary welcome pack, containing an array of drinks and snacks for you to enjoy on your arrival.</p> <p> Important Information -Please note, the king-size beds can be made into twin beds on request, prior to your arrival. Please note, ensuites 3 & 4 share an interconnecting door. This can be locked from both sides to provide privacy and to separate the two ensuites. Or, this can be unlocked and open for the convenience of families. </p> <p> Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 83cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. The patio is open and spacious. There are 4 steps down to the poolside. Apart from his, the terrace is flat and tiled. Inside, the bedroom and bathroom doors are 70cm wide.
