The views from this villa are to die for because the villa is situated on an elevated part of the resort from where the wide views of the Caribbean Sea are gorgeous.The villa has a generous driveway towards the front door, which is located at the rear of the house. There is a carport that fits 2 cars. The spacious living room has high ceilings and an open kitchen with a bar, and sliding doors to the terrace with a large private pool. The views from here are endless. The kitchen has a Boretti-stove and both 110V and 220V outlets.The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The bathroom of the master bedroom has a walk-in shower with two shower heads, specially designed for taking a shower together. This bedroom has, just like one of the other 3 bedrooms, double doors going to the terrace. So, imagine opening the curtains and enjoying the view of the Caribbean Sea from your bed. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
