Breathtaking views surround you in this luxurious, level entry condo. The home boasts a modern, well-equipped kitchen for any chef. You’ll find specialties such as a French press, griddle, sandwich maker, and more in this spacious, granite kitchen. The living and dining area overlook the deck and views. Gather around the gas log fireplace inside, or step out to the chairs on the deck for a quiet evening with the stars. The primary suite is a king bedroom with TV, deck access, with a tiled shower and double vanity. Across the hall is a second king bedroom with an attached bathroom that also opens to the hallway for guests convenience. Upstairs is a second living space in the loft with sofa, TV, and board games. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
