In a privileged environment with a beautiful garden, a private tennis court and a splendid panorama, the villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation in St-Barths.
The holiday rental enjoys a privileged location with a breathtaking view over the bay of St-Jean as well as a garden leading to the beach through a private path. Built over two levels, it is very well equipped and offers high quality services, with a living room furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a flat screen TV. You will appreciate the quiet open-plan living space with an indoor dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. The large bay opening onto the terrace brings a beautiful daylight and offers the fabulous spectacle of the sparkling waters of the bay of Saint-Jean.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
