Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Minimum age requirement 25 years old to reserve
- - Please remove your shoes inside the home
- - Quiet Time is before 8 AM and after 10 PM
- - No outside stereos or speakers allowed in the home
- - No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties
- - No Smoking No pets
- - No shoes inside home
- Only Use Fire Logs provided by the host in the fireplace (do not use regular fire wood)
- If the Common Key and Fob are lost, There will be a $150.00 Fine for Replacement
- **In the event of excessive noise, parties or smoking inside the home, the entire security deposit will be charged regardless of damages.**
- Pool and Spa
- Short term rental guests of less than 30 days may not invite other guests to the pool area that are not residing at Taluswood.
