Located in an independent building, this elegant tourist accommodation is spread over two floors and offers spacious, bright, and perfectly equipped environments to ensure a comfortable stay in the heart of Venice.
On the ground floor, there is a large fully equipped kitchen, alongside a spacious dining room.
The floor is completed by a home office, a room with separate beds, a shower bathroom, and a pleasant inner courtyard where you can relax in the open air.
The upper floor houses a large living room, from which you access a large private terrace directly overlooking the square, an ideal place to enjoy moments of tranquillity. The sleeping area includes two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.
The property is located in Campo San Zan Degolà, a strategic position that allows you to easily reach both the train and bus stations. The main attractions of Venice, such as St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, are reachable with a pleasant walk, making the accommodation the perfect solution to experience the city in complete comfort.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax payment of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests’ name as a guarantee for damages.
