The spacious private holiday villa Casa Manuela with 130 m² of living space is located in Gardone Rivera Sopra, 5 minutes on foot from the Vittoriale degli Italiani, 2 minutes on foot from the Botanical Garden - André Heller and about 15 walking minute from the beautiful lake promenade, where you will find restaurants, bars and shops for your daily needs. The steamer jetty, for excursions around the lake, can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
This townhouse is located in a strategic optimal point, so you can spend your vacation without a car. Also public beaches are free or on payment, reachable in 5 minutes drive.
Casa Manuela has three floors and is located in a very quiet complex with a total of 3 houses, all of which have a separate entrance and their own garden. Breakfast outdoors, a siesta at lunchtime, coffee in the afternoon or a barbecue in the evening - here you definitely have enough space to be able to unfold freely in the fresh air.
On the ground floor you will find a light-flooded living and dining area with an open design kitchen, a toilet and a small office.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom including a whirlpool, a second comfortable bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a smaller double bed 140 cm wide and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there is an open space with a high-quality box spring double sofa bed and direct access to the spacious roof terrace. Enjoy the wonderful lake and mountain views on the spacious terrace!
In the basement there is a storage room with washing machine and dryer.
A private parking space for your car is available at the house, if you arrive with more than one car, public parking is not far from the house. Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked in the underground car park.
This charming house is ideal both for families with children but also for those who want to enjoy the charms of our lake in complete relaxation. Dogs are very welcome.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
Our guests are provided with bed linen, towels and free WI-FI. A smart TV with all common German and international programs as well as various streaming services, such as Netflix, is available in the living room.
