The Home
The deluxe 2 bedroom Kyma suite is a luxury suite, ideal for a family with 2-3 children or 2 couples. It was constructed in 2022, so everything is brand-new!
It has 2 bedrooms with king size beds with SIMMONS mattresses, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite and one common), full kitchen equipped with BOSCH oven, built-in full fridge, dishwasher, ILLY espresso machine and clothes washing machine. There is a large private balcony with pergola, dining table, chairs and sunbeds.
The suite has unlimited sea view and also there is access to our private beach with complimentary sunbeds & umbrellas.
In the living room there is a sofa that turns into a double bed and a Samsung smart 50” TV. In each bedroom there also Samsung smart 43” TVs, all with satellite channels.

The Neighborhood
Mani Suites are built next to a small fishing village called Agios Dimitrios in Messenian Mani. According to a myth “beautiful Helen” was born on Pefnos island, next to Mani Suites, nowadays there is a modern work of art on it, depicting the union of Swan/Zeus with Leda. Mani Area has a lot of places to visit like old churches, castles, caves, beaches etc and a lot of activities to join like diving, cycling, sailing, climbing etc.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
