This terraced villa, with its own entrance, has two floors with a terrace on the living/dining level plus a roof terrace for enjoying the breathtaking view of the sea and life in the open air.
Located within a residence, it has outdoor parking with 2 reserved parking spaces.
The villa consists on the first floor of an entrance hall and a large room divided in two by a sliding door with artistic glass. On one side we find the double bedroom with access to a lovely little balcony with sea view, on the other we have an area with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower compartment.
On the ground floor, connected to the upper floor by a convenient staircase, is the living room with an open kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa bed from which two beds can be made, and a complete bathroom with shower. The French window in the living room leads directly onto the large sea-view terrace from which you can enjoy the splendid panorama, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.
