Villa Veroni has 2 floors. On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living area with built in couches and dining area for up to 10 people. The laundry room is a separate room on the back side of the villa. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Additionally it consists of a separate bathroom. The main floor has access to all exits of the house being the patio, the outdoor area and laundry room.
The top floor consists 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 considered the master bedroom consists of a built in double bed, en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea with built in outdoor couch, pillows and pergola to relax and enjoy all parts of the day. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
