Artemis Luxury Penthouse is a 120 sqm. apartment, located in a quiet area of Heraklion, very close to the Palace of Knossos and the Hospital. The center of Heraklion is less than 3 km away while the nearest beaches, Karteros and Ammoudara, 7-10 km from home. It can easily accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends who would like to spend their holidays in Heraklion exploring Crete, but away from the vibrant center.
Inside, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms , 1 with a double bed (160*200m) and the other with 1 sofa bed (140*200m) and one single bed (90*200m).
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessaries (4 cooking rings, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.).
In the air-conditioned living room, there is a fireplace and a sofa which can sleep the 4th person, The living room has also access to the furnished balcony.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
