Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Al momento de reservar, se solicitarán los documentos de identidad de los huéspedes. Es importante enviar esto con tiempo ya que sin esta información NO se permitirá el acceso al edificio o propiedad. -Prohibidas las fiestas y reuniones en el apartamento. -Prohibido el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas. -Moderar el ruido, prohibida música en volumen alto. -Prohibido ingreso a menores sin compañía de familiares (se solicitará documento que valide su parentesco). -Están prohibidas las visitas. -Serán verificados los huéspedes anunciados en la reserva, cualquiera extra deberá pagar el precio adicional por noche. -Siempre apagar luces, estufa, entre otros al salir del apartamento o no hacer uso de estos. -Siempre cerrar puertas y ventanas cuando no estén en la casa, las fuertes brisas pueden dañar cosas, y ensuciarlo. -Prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento. -Prohibido brindar la información de las claves a personas que no sean los huéspedes. -En caso de perder las llaves de la propiedad, deberán pagar $50.000 COP. -En caso de daños causados por mascotas o pelos en lencería difíciles de remover, será cobrado al huésped. - En caso de olvido de las llaves dentro del apartamento, si no hay personal disponible para ayudar será necesario llamar a un cerrajero y el huésped tendrá que pagar el valor del servicio. El incumplimiento de cualquier regla llevará a la cancelación inmediata de la reserva, somos muy estrictos con las reglas.
