It consists of 3 levels and is built on the highest spot of the plot, enjoying panoramic views ranging from the blue strip of Souda Bay, the scattered Apokoronas villages to the magnificent White Mountains.The villa has 4 bedrooms each with its own luxurious bathroom and terrace, a private pool and children’s pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi tub on the top floor of the villa.
The design of the villa is ethnic chic, combining timeless pieces in neutral tones with splashes of colors. The ground floor is split in two levels – separated by lit steps: on the upper one stands a fully equipped kitchen and a large wooden dining table, on the lower the living room with the comfortable large linen sofa. On the same level there is a queen size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted with marble sink, teak furniture and a shower column with hydro massage....

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
