Level entry from the gravel parking area into the home allows easier access. The beautiful kitchen with butcher block counters offer space to prepare your meals. Guests can sit in the dining room, at the bar seating, or in the breakfast table. Nearby is the living room with woodburning fireplace and comfortable seating around the television. All five TVs in the home offer Spectrum cable using the streaming app. Sleeping Arrangements On the main level is a queen bedroom with TV. The full bathroom with tiled shower opens to both the bedroom and the hallway. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full baths. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
