Almost Heaven at Eagles Nest is a newly completed custom home below the Great Camp area. This beautiful mountain home offers a thoughtful blend of comfort, privacy, and luxury across three spacious levels, with accommodations and gathering spaces designed to suit families, couples, and groups alike.
The main level welcomes you with a stunning great room anchored by a gas fireplace, high ceilings, and generous seating that invites guests to relax the moment they arrive. A dining table for ten provides plenty of space for shared meals, while the spacious kitchen offers ample room for cooking and entertaining. A full laundry room is conveniently located near the mud entrance for easy cleanup after mountain adventures. This level also includes a serene king suite featuring a custom-tiled shower, granite or quartz countertop, and private full bath—ideal for guests who prefer main-level living without sacrificing luxury.
The upper level features two elegant ensuite bedrooms. The king suite includes a spa-inspired bathroom with a custom-tiled shower, double vanities, and a soaking tub, plus a Smart TV for restful evenings. The adjacent queen suite offers similar comfort with a custom-tiled shower, double vanities, a full attached bath, and its own Smart TV.
On the lower level, two additional bedrooms provide flexible options for families and groups. A bedroom with two full beds includes an attached bath with a custom-tiled shower. Another expansive room with two queen beds and two twin beds is perfect for larger families or bunk-style stays, with its own full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.
The lower level is also home to an impressive game room, complete with an oversized sofa for TV viewing, a second gas fireplace, pool table, foosball, wet bar, and a table for six, creating a perfect hangout space for evenings together.
Outdoor spaces elevate this home even further. The main deck features a woodburning fireplace, comfortable seating, and gorgeous views that showcase the beauty of the mountains. The lower patio leads directly to the outdoor firepit and includes a ping pong table, extending the fun and relaxation to the fresh mountain air.
With every bedroom offering its own attached full bathroom and an abundance of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living areas, this home ensures comfort, convenience, and unforgettable mountain-side memories for all who stay.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets to this home.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- There is one exterior security camera, a doorbell cam at the main entrance. There are no other cameras on the premises.
- Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development’s roads, including at the neighboring lots.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
