The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the living area furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped open kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer, an espresso coffee machine and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser, a desk and an access to a back garden. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. A highlight of this accommodation is the shared swimming pool and hot tub, with provided umbrellas on a grass lounging area, amongst a beautifully manicured garden space. *The shared pool is open from June 1 to September 30. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. The apartment is 100 m from the bus stop to/ from Como and a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
