The Space:
As you walk through the door, you are instantly welcomed by the open entry-level, beautiful artwork, and gorgeous staircase flowing up to the main level of our home.

The entry-level has a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a full bathroom, laundry area, and access to the backyard. It leads down to the lower level of the home, where you’ll find a second bedroom with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, TV, and full en suite bathroom. There’s also space to get your work done with a desk and chair.

Our home is amidst countless food and entertainment options within walking distance! There are multiple grocery and convenience stores within a 5-10 minute drive to take full advantage of our spacious kitchen, but if you’d rather eat out, you’re surrounded by tons of food options to delight the ‘foodie’ in your group! There are so many treasured spots, but a few of our local favorites are listed below, and almost all of the restaurants have patios with heaters for safe outdoor dining, which also creates a wonderful city ambiance to welcome you to Denver truly. Nearby at Cheesman Park and City Park, the exploration opportunities are at your fingertips! In Cheesman Park, you can spend an afternoon at the Denver Botanic Gardens for a relaxing stroll through the grounds to find a wide variety of plant species. City Park is home to the Denver Zoo and Denver Museum of Nature and Science, with trails leading around Ferril Lake and throughout the park. In Denver for medical reasons?... St. Joseph Hospital and Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center is a short 3 blocks away, along with a vast selection of other medical offices and institutes located within a roughly 5 block radius! Several venues such as The Roxy, Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom, Fillmore Auditorium, The Ogden Theatre, Paramount Theatre, and the Bluebird Theater are all within a 10-minute drive. You’ll also be just 15 minutes from the heart of downtown known for its trendy shopping and dining spots. Be sure to stop by Larimer Square lined with historic buildings, trendy boutiques, and restaurants. Area recommendations: - Atelier by Radex - "French-inspired with a casual, friendly vibe." Owned by renowned Chef Radek Cerny, known for culinary artistry. Perfect for celebrations or date nights. Always splurge on at least one serving of the Ravioli de Homard for the table. (Walking distance) - Weathervane Cafe - Located directly across 17th street. Hipster with a dose of hominess, this gem of a cafe is not only adorably quaint but has the best coffee in the neighborhood. The Happy Camper Latte is their staple (and for good reason) and basically, everything on the menu is a must-try. You can order online for pick up! - Chocolate Lab - Indulgent and innovative! Chocolate-centric restaurant, cocktail bar, and chocolate shop... enough said, right? Provides an entertaining culinary experience that is great for groups. - Bruz Beers on Colfax - Creative local brews inspired by traditional Belgian beer. The downtown taproom has a patio that's the perfect laid-back oasis to Colfax's usual overload of the senses. If you're into “poppin’ bottles”, they have some of the best Champagne Beers I've ever had! - Dos Santos - Super hip Taco Tuesday spot, but also good on any day that ends in a 'y'. The hibiscus margarita and chicken tinga nachos are a perfect pair. - Thin Man - Named after the Dashiell Hammett novel, this place is a bit of mystery with its red lights and walls lined with catholic imagery and crucifixes. But its oddness somehow makes for good ambiance, and the place is always packed with people of all persuasions making it one of Denver's most inclusive and eclectic dive bars. - Best Authentic Cultural Cuisine: Botellón Spanish Tapas & Wine Chada Thai Pho Bar Sushi Bay 17 Yogi’s Indian - Also in walking distance: City Park Cheeseman Park Zoo and Natural History Museum Botanical Gardens For the history buffs, the Molly Brown House Museum is 5 minutes away, offering year-round tours.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - Please read ALL House Rules and Special Notes (regarding the operation of the blinds) in your guest portal thoroughly.
  • - *MUST be comfortable with stairs*
  • - The propane gas grill and smoker on site are NOT ADVERTISED AMENITIES - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill or smoker, you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank or other supplies.
  • - Twin daybed - Please plan sleeping arrangements accordingly as the additional twin mattress for the daybed is not your typical pull-out or trundle style set-up. When the second twin bed is pulled out from underneath the twin daybed mattress, it will slightly rise up and both of the twin mattresses will sit right next to each other. A king comforter/duvet has been provided for this sleeping area, instead of 2 twin size comforters/duvets.
  • - You are welcome to read through any books at the home, but please don't remove them from the property. Thanks for your cooperation!
  • - No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings - $1000 fine
  • - Quiet hours 10pm-8am
  • - If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the damages.
  • - Check out time is 11 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
  • - Cameras and Noiseaware - 1 motion-activated camera outside; This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
  • *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* If any personal items are left at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $40 plus shipping costs for any items that need to be mailed back to you (prices may vary for large items).*
